Acrylic painting

 My inspiration for this flower is from a classical painting (https://mymodernmet.com/famous-flower-paintings/ )

    I wanted to explore my style further as so far it is quite versatile, my painting technique has altered since painting during GCSEs and I am happy to have progressed into a naturally abstract style. 
I saw a plant drawn like this on pinterest which looked pretty and simple, I wanted to challenge myself to copy this simple style. I then decided to playa round with the colour palette but wanted a quick and easy method. This strip of water colour is effective in showcasing the potential colour palette of the drawing.
