My little trick- designing

 

I was tasked with drawing visuals for our French Garden Design.

My biggest worry was getting proportion and perspective right. I have been working on this for the past year and a half but still have not mastered it. 

As a quick trick I tend to now:
 Make a SketchUp model of the masterplan
Then 
Take screenshots at eye level/ angles I want
Then 
Print them out and sketch using my hand drawn style over the images

Therefore ensuring my drawings are to proportion
