I chose this project because I believe the practices' approach to this specific project can be deemed as influential to other corporate companies. For instance, Google is a multi-billionaire high tech company that will be looked up to and long standing for generations to come. The landscaping on this building will add to the demeanor of this company and stand long for decades to come. The use of a rooftop garden suggests forward thinking and a softer environmental touch from such a large company. I think it is very clever the way Gillespies has approached this project, not only does this assist in the reputation of the company but also the health of the employees for instance a biophilic surrounding and greenery that will benefit their work efficiency.
