This is a record of my journey as a designer. Through this blog I will discover weaknesses, strengths, failures and successes. This is all a part of my resilient journey into becoming a young landscape architect. :)

A box of 3
Summer 2021, it was 7pm and I was walking home after a 10 hour shift, I saw one tall coned hedge and a small boxed hedge that needed maintenance to refine its shape as well as a small bush all sat in a 3. I became drawn to the cubic shape and through about the same positions of the hedges in a different concept, a 'closed in space'. This idea is yet to be developed but I think it could intimidate people walking by but also draw them into this idea of leaning figures peering over them that aren't actually living but make you feel almost watched. I am also currently working on replicating my visions of these spaces from in my head onto paper.
